Focus on providing premium customer service at a competitive price.
Develop strong partnerships with each of my clients, listen to their
needs, and deliver a quality product with exceptional technical
support.
With over thirteen years of experience in the audiovisual industry,
I have seen the good and the bad. Most companies start out with
good intentions, but unfortunately because of heavy workloads,
limited resources, and a usually less than qualified staff, the
customers’ needs become secondary. In today economic environment
this approach is unacceptable. My focus is the customer first,
removing the other variables from the equation by providing professional
support and equipment from only the best suppliers. Since I broker
the bulk of my equipment and my workforce is primarily contract labor,
this allows me flexibility in the decision making process for
my customer.
My decisions are not influenced by what I have in my warehouse nor
are they influenced by whom I have on my payroll. My first and my
last consideration is the customer.
